No problem. I didn't grow up with this, and it's very easy now. It didn't even take that much to get used to it.
This sort of thing is what I use. The main issue to be aware of is that taam (flavor) is primarily transferred through the combination of heat and moisture and can be imbedded in utensils and surfaces. If you're using a sink for meat and milk, then the sink itself will likely become trief. This gets around that issue.
They're really intense stickers. They're oven and dishwasher safe. I don't know how they do it.
