I love bananas too!!! Sometimes, I'll try and not have carbs throughout the day so I can save them for half of a frozen banana. You can try adding berries, which can be lower in carbs than other fruits. Have you had an avocado smoothie!?! They are super creamy and high in healthy fats! Here's what I usually add to my smoothies, I hope this helps give you some ideas:
