Here's a stainless faucet for you, and it shouldn't leak if installed properly. Unless you mean out the front of the shaft in which case your pressure is too high. It's mostly the other reason, most of us don't drink enough beer to keep the faucet wet and forward sealing faucets have less area that dries out, gets sticky, and attracts mold and bugs.
