Would I be able to connect 3 fans to this Asrock MOBO? I plan on connecting the 2 fans that come with this Bitfenix Prodigy as exhaust fans. Then for intake this Bitfenix Spectre Fan
Nothing is every a "dumb nub" question. Asking questions is always good.
Most motherboards today should have a sound card built-in meaning buying a sound card is pretty much useless. If you really want the best sound quality I would consider a DAC or digital-to-analog converter. I don't know too much about audio but read here if you are planning to get one.
If I had a $100 I would get some case fans since your case only provides one included. For fans, I would go with 230mm front and a 140mm back exhaust. The case includes a 120mm front but put that for top exhaust.
EDIT:
Also, if you don't have it already, I would get an ethernet cable. The motherboard already has an intergrated wireless adapter but go with wired if you don't plan to move around a lot. I would go with this.
