OK, kinda late, but here we go.
First you're going to need a piece to smoke out of. You can go to a headshop and buy one, or find one online. This is going to be the most expensive part of the rig, and to get a relatively solid one, you're probably going to want to spend $50 at the very very cheapest. Make sure it's a "glass on glass" style piece. I would go for an 18mm attachment.
Second, you need a nail. This will be significantly cheaper. I would definitely advise buying it online. I've seen the exact nail that I have in headshops going for $70+, but I bought it on ebay for $25, and it came with an oil slick for wax and shatter, and a dab tool.

Next, you're gonna need a torch. This will also be around $30, and there are a ton of options. You can go butane or propane. My torch is butane,

Lastly, you're going to need something to dab with. I just use the tool that came with my nail, but there are a lot of options out there, do some googling to find out what are safe materials to use for this, that won't release any toxins when they get hot.
