Had the same issue with my PC and Laptop, just couldnt manage to pair my bluetooth headphones so I bought this and it fixed it. Also to add its only for Audio

Definitely infuriating. I bought one of these to connect to PS4 with my Sennheiser Momentum's and it works great, FWIW.

Unfortunately the headphones are Aptx but not Aptx LL (which is a requirement to use their microphone on PS4) but the sound is great and I don't notice any latency even if it's technically there.
