Got everything on amazon, no tax no shipping. I do have amazon prime though.

The barbell set has since gone up in price, it was 400 when I bought it.

I've got something for her to squat on.

This is the bench I use at home. Its adjustable with 5 positions and a weight capacity of 450lbs, all for less then 160$.

Ive been using it for about 2 years, still works great.

EDIT:
In regards to a barbell rack, I use this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000VLKOB8/ref=mp_s_a_1_17?qid=1405700398&sr=8-17&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70

Great for any barbell exercise.

This is the rack closest to mine but I spent $60 for it on amazon. The actual rack I got was for my height (I’m 6’1). Body-Solid Powerline PSS60X Squat Rack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000VLKOB8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_cYXxDbW916VM3 I was on a budget so this was the rack I could afford at the time.

I have this bookmarked: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000VLKOB8

Robb mentioned on one of his podcasts that you can just get a couple saw-horses for squats. The only caveat is that you start off in the bottom position!

Haha, sorry, I meant I don't use a power rack. I use a squat rack, like this:
