Let's see, I found a 0 carb fajita seasoning that I use instead of taco packets, like this one, and I use the lowest carb salsa I can find, likethis one, and I use this exact milled flaxseed. I put about 3/4 tablespoons of that in depending on how much ground beef I have. Definitely smell it before you throw it in there. It has kind of an earthy taste but I absolutely love it. The real trick is experimenting a bunch, because it's ground beef you can't exactly taste it as you go. I also never put veggies on top of this. I usually eat this if I'm planning on having more carbs in other meals so it helps to keep it as close to 0 carb as I can get it. Hope this helps!
