"Q: Getting VHF stations is a problem for me. I get everything else fine.
A: Many stations that have reverted to VHF assignments have dramatically cut their transmitter power, in some cases by over 90%! Some stations mistakenly thought they could save money by cutting their power while reaching the same number of viewers. In other cases the FCC imposed reduced power limits to stations that reverted to their old VHF assignments in order to prevent interference with adjacent markets. There has been a misperception among some station owners that while dramatically lowering DTV transmitter power, they could serve the same coverage area as analog, and this has turned out to be incorrect. Many stations who have reverted back to VHF are now finding themselves with significantly reduced coverage areas and fewer viewers after switching to VHF.
One potential problem with re-using low VHF (2-6) and high VHF (7-13) TV channels for DTV is the possibility of interference from other signals during certain times of the year. "Skip" may bring in distant broadcasts on the same channel and create interference. Low VHF (2-6) digital broadcasts are particularly prone to interference and are often hard to receive reliably, regardless of what model of antenna is used. Note: The physical size of low VHF and high VHF antennas is much larger than that of a UHF antenna."

Are there any specific channels giving you the issues? The leaf-style antennas are designed to pick up UHF channels. Because of this, you will likely have trouble getting the following channels (even though they are green), according to your TVfool report:
Antennas that pick up VHF-hi (real channels 7-13) are generally larger than the leaf-type antennas. Antennas that pick up VHF-low (real channels below 7) are even larger. That being said, ABC and CBS look to have good signals near you. You can try the following:
If those don't help pick up those channels, then you may need something larger. The "Antenna Guide" (https://www.reddit.com/r/cordcutters/wiki/antenna) has good information. Look for an antenna that has some VHF-hi capability. You probably don't need anything too crazy to get ABC and CBS.
If you have an amplifier with your current antenna, you may want to completely remove that and plug the antenna directly into your TV (you may not need to buy any other antenna if this works). Be sure to completely remove the amplifier from the line if you try this. Since your signals are very strong, you may be overloading your TV tuner if you are using an amplifier. You also mention that there is a cell tower near you. Some of the newer cell frequency bands creep into the UHF TV frequency area (frequency has been sold off to cell companies). For example, T-mobile I think has some cell bands in the 600 MHz frequency, which is in the old UHF TV frequencies (There are many other cell frequencies close to the upper UHF frequencies that may cause problems too). Your amplifier may be amplifying these cell frequencies and interfering with your TV signal. If removing the amplifier doesn't work, there are actually LTE cell signal TV filters now to try to filter out these new cell frequencies that have replaced TV frequencies:

Hope this gives you some things to try.
Circling back around to this. Work work work.... Anyway. I'm looking at the following:
Channel Master CM-3020 Long Range VHF, UHF, FM and HDTV Antenna
CMSTCM7777 - CHANNEL MASTER CM-7777 Titan 2 Preamp (High Gain)
Channel Master CM3414 4-Port Distribution Amplifier for Cable and Antenna Signal

Should i get the below LTE Filter? Any other thoughts or suggestions?

For Cellular interference, I see Channel Master LTE Filter recommended frequently.

Yeah, cell phone towers interfere with the analog signals that modern TV sets don't use anymore but the older ones do.

You may have to buy or made an adapter.
I hear this helps filter out LTE signals:
