I was given this meatball baking tray for Christmas a few years ago, and it works amazingly well. In reading the recipe, she mentions not liking to roll meatballs (that's half the fun, imo), but cooks them in her oven for 20 minutes. Do you know if using a raised tray like this would change cooking time at all?
