Thanks for the contest!! I am easily 60+ lbs overweight. It's a fact that has been really bothering me lately. We get a little stagnant with out cooking so that book would rock!
There are "Cook This Not That" cookbooks that are amazing. It gives the meal they are attempting to replicate, the calories it has, and how the calories/fat/sodium compare to their new version. It's all relatively easy to make, creative, and delicious. I also loves that it uses real ingredients instead of highly processed fat free versions.
