This isn't exactly tea but I highly recommend the Dandy Blend. Just spoon it in and mix with water. Instant coffee that's not coffee. Tastes a LOT like it too.

Also Teecino makes a ton of herbal flavors too including ones you can brew like coffee. They are easier to find in the store. I still like the Dandy Blend better but here are options!

There is Dandy Blend, an herbal coffee substitute, if you miss the taste.
Personally, I think the best way is to reduce the amount you drink each day by a serving; as against quitting cold turkey. When you've reached 1 cup, switch to green tea.
Drink lemon water with a few generous sprinkles of cayenne pepper. Very good natural energy, and healthy for you. Also, drink plenty of water in general. Water should be about room temp or warmer, (no ice).
