The first calculus book we had to use was „Analysis 1: Differential- und Integralrechnung einer Veränderlichen“ by Otto Forster. He has a very rigorous style (definition, theorem, proof) and few comments.
As /u/VivaLaVengo points out: the books by Albrecht Beutelspacher are very fun to read. Especially Das ist o.b.d.A. trivial! (This is w.l.o.g. trivial!) is an eye opener for freshmen in mathematics.
Furthermore I can recommend books published by the Binomi Verlag (Amazon Search Link). They're all called „Repetitorium der {Analysis, Algebra, Stochastik, …}“ (Revision course of {calculus, algebra, probability theory, …}). Every book covers the most important definitions and theorems in the field and include many example exercises for exam preparation.
