I'm 28 years old. I have combination/oily skin that is mostly under control now, but sometimes breaks out around my period.
Every day, I cleanse with Keihl's Oil Free Cleanser -- it's creamy, lathers nicely, and isn't too drying. Then I tone with Decleor Essential Toner, and Moisturize with Decleor Hydrafloral Cream. Once or twice a week, I use a tiny amount of Dr. Brant's Skin Exfoliant.
On really bright days, I add sunscreen under my moisturizer, but I haven't been able to find a good sunscreen or sunscreen/moisturizer that doesn't make my skin feel like crap. ):
