http://www.amazon.com/Destroy-All-Monsters-Akira-Kubo/dp/B00003IXDZ - The picture quality on this is pretty terrible. The only option is the english dub. There's no menu. No scene selection. It's basically a VHS.

http://www.amazon.com/Destroy-All-Monsters-Anniversary-Special/dp/B0001US5TC - Exact same disc as the last one. Basically a VHS. Except this one has an extra disc with the entire soundtrack by Akira Ifukube. Pretty cool.

That's the only real way to watch the movie in my opinion, but there are two English dubs available as well. Super informative commentary, and some great galleries. The only problem with this (and for me, it's a BIG problem) is that there was a manufacturing error on the disc. It skips every so often, making the movie unwatchable.

Blu- Ray Option: http://www.amazon.com/Destroy-All-Monsters-Blu-ray-Various/dp/B005G7WGFO/ref=sr_1_1?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1344278419&sr=1-1&keywords=destroy+all+monsters - For me, this is the definitive release of Destroy All Monsters. Sure, the picture quality is so good that you can see the strings holding up the suits, but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to take. Everything the last option had (japanese audio, english subtitles, commentary, galleries) but without the annoying manufacturing error.
