Coconut oil is amazing! Give it a try instead of other oils in your recipes and you'll find it replacing a lot of them. Hell, sometimes I'll grab a spoon and gulp some down for some fat. (I have excellent cholesterol levels, btw, I eat 4-8 whole eggs a day too!).

A great resource about coconut oil with lots of recipes

There's good fat and bad fat. Tell your friend about the book Eat Fat, Lose Fat to gain a better understanding of paleo's philosophy concerning fat. Your picture looks like nothing but glorious, nurturing food porn to me.

And by the way, I've not cited 3 women at random. I've cited 3 women that are "selling" diets that are similar to what I recommend. They're in the same business as Terry. I can cite more if you want.

I can cite Sally Falton. She has written this book: https://www.amazon.com/Eat-Fat-Lose-Healthy-Alternative/dp/0452285666/. This is literally "Eat fat, lose fat". She is obese (at least she was obese a few years ago, I can't find recent information).

I can cite Amber: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0WJBHEhmXqc&t=498s

I can cite Georgia Ede: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UR7H9xeMYME

I can cite Sarah Hallberg: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dj54tnwmmGQ

Just look at these people. Most of them are clearly fat and/or clearly sick. Some are starving to death. I could cite more, I just don't remember all their names. Just look on youtube, KetoCon, CarnivoryCon, etc etc. They're all there.

And the women in the opposite camp, hah, they're all in DECENT shape.

These are the facts. Accept them. Welcome them.

My grandmother died of CVD after years of suffering. She also had severe osteoporosis. She was eating olive oil and meat every day. She owned olive oil trees. My mother is also fat (approximately 10-15kg overweight, similar to Terry, by American standards she would be considered lean!) due to olive oil consumption. Same for my other parents and grand parents. All are/were sick due to meat and fat.

The solution is simple: let's stop lying to people. Let's stop spreading lies.
