Hey man, I know the solution to your problem.
Cold hands and feet are a symptom of low thyroid and hyponatremia.
The way to fix this is to 'eat for heat', or basically to eat saltier foods and drink less liquids. Doing this will concentrate your blood and improve your circulation, and body temperature.

>But if you're dealing with fluctuating moods and energy, fatigue, feeling wiped out after meals, cold hands and feet, brain fog, and the slew of day-to-day subclinical problems that people think they just have to live with...you should know that you don't have to 'just live with them'.
>This book isn't a magic bullet, but it'll give you insights into the workings behind a lot of common complaints that you won't hear about anywhere else, and give you some tools to figure out how to correct them.
I'm not affiliated with that book or author in any way btw. I'll give you all the info that is in there if you ask for it, I am not saying that you have to buy it - but the info in there is going to be beneficial to you. I guarantee that.
Freezing cold hands are not a good sign, you need to fix them asap. All the suggestions in here so far might actually make things worse for you.
You need to boost your metabolism/thyroid. So eat salty foods, get more dense calories, drink less water/juice... check your temps every now and then. You will know you are healthy when you wake up with toasty hands and feet in the morning.
Reply back if you have any questions... I wanna see you get past this - cold hands suck and are not sexy. Good luck
