Why are you picking car receiver, sub and amp and using Home Speakers? That will not work well at all.
Also, don't expect much performance from 5 speakers that combined cost less than $200
Instead of all that which isn't very good, go with something like this:
Buy this recevier used (the value you get from used receivers can be amazing):

Then get these speakers

Then, forget what ever cabinet you have for a sub, since it is probably meant for a car, and get this:

All that is just a tad over what you had originally budgeted out and will work much better.
What you posted will sound like crap and probably not together very well at all
Receiver: link. 140
Speakers: link. 260.
Subwoofer: link. 200
Never buy an HTIB (home theater in a box). They use the cheapest and crappiest receivers that exist. The setup I linked would be much higher quality than getting a system like that. It is a very low budget, if you are able to go up you can improve parts.
I didn't include the blu ray player. You are getting a PS4 which will be able to do that so I suggest just going with that.
Edit: If this is too much, let me know and I can cut it down to something else. If you can stretch it to get this, I highly recommend it. This setup would be killer and much better than a lot of things at this price range.
Figured it out. I kinda like the Energy option. So based on what you said. I would get those : http://www.amazon.com/Energy-Take-Classic-Pack-Discontinued/dp/B0021L9BME/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1414330497&sr=8-1&keywords=energy+5.0
I think they are the same you linked but withtout the sub.
Tough they are the same price with the sub ...
Is the Energy sub that bad ?
As for reciever. A Denon with the Audissey, at least bronze.

this is good.
