2060's are on back order pretty much everywhere.
Your options are going to be to wait, or to find one at a brick and mortar store somewhere.
EDIT: Amazon has a few of the smaller ones, the 3 fan models look to be backordered though.
Is there any big difference between the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2060 WINDFORCE OC and the EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 XC Black Edition Gaming?
I see most people getting the Gigabyte one for $20 more and I'm just curious why
This is the exact rtx 2060 I have

If you have to stay that short, you'll have to go Nvidia. Nothing AMD has will be that short, unless you have like another inch or two left past the end of that GPU. Depends how much you're willing to spend.

That might fit. It's a 2.5 slot thickness, though. So it takes 3 slots, really, while yours takes 2.
Lmao okay I found this. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MJDBTD6/?tag=pcpapi-20
Sorry for pulling up such an old thread, but I pulled off a sub-$800 RTX 2060 system for a friend. Sacrifices have to be made and it's like you think you'll find a great on everything...
Listen to what you're asking:
Here's a commutative list:
RTX 2060 - $350
i7 8700k - $350 (if that)
Water AIO - $100 (if that)
You're already game-over
You need system memory, windows, storage, mobo, case, etc etc
So unless you want the experience of building a system, look for anything and at everything. I used to sell computers and I'm used to rummaging shit together. In my opinion a 2060 isn't gonna be bottlenecked by a significant amount by any 8th+ gen Intel or x400+ ryzen cpu. Everyone overestimates cpu bottlenecks and this largely (probably entirely) depends on the games you're playing.
Here's what I found:

You can always upgrade any of this crap later dude, if you just want a system to get rolling, this is a great baseline.
