Sure man.
Irrespective of Greer himself, this remains a fascinating collection of high-level witness testimonies: http://www.amazon.com/Disclosure-Military-Government-Witnesses-Greatest/dp/0967323819/ref=pd_sim_b_2
About his earlier writings: What I initially (and still do) found interesting was that this guy immediately argued for an inherent benevolence associated with the UFO phenomena. And, if one were to attribute UFOs to some sort of higher intelligence, it seems plausible that malevolence and fear associated with UFOs (Cold War mentalities, so-called abductions, economic- and geopolitical power structures, and our psychology's inevitable tendency to fear the unknown etc etc.) are human creations / responses. To a very large extent. Be it manufactured by the powers that be for their own agendas or not.
This benevolent perspective is argued consistently by Greer, and it is at the very least interesting. And, right or not, it is an important reality check for our own tendencies to fear and possibly play into the hands of possible sinister agendas on a macro-level.
To become familiar with his arguments, I would just check out a few of his essays / papers collected here: http://www.siriusdisclosure.com/cseti-papers/
Or perhaps this book: http://www.amazon.com/Extraterrestrial-Contact-Implications-Steven-Greer/dp/0967323800/ref=sr_1_3?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1376941697&sr=1-3
