I usually just use one of those exfoliating pads you can get from the drugstore, like this one. They seem to work better than exfoliating cleansers imo.
These are what I use.
These sponges and some Summer's Eve really work wonders for the dead skin problem. It also sounds like you have some blackheads and other kinds of blemishes. If they really bother you a dermatologist can take care of them.
