Aden and anais muslin swaddling blankets. They're bigger than the hospital size, and I used them for anything from their intended purpose to nursing cover up (just tucked it in the brastrap and over the opposite shoulder. They're super lightweight, just get better from washing, and I used them for toddler car-blankets in "too cold" A/C
Maclaren umbrella stroller. This joker is LIGHTWEIGHT. Once you figure out the one-handed opening, it's a breeze. Not great for super tiny babies, but excellent for 6 months+ and the weightlimits are pretty high. It was our "DisneyWorld Stroller" for years after the kids were "too old" for strollers. There's even a carrying strap!

The ducky thermometer thing for the bath? Crap. Pacifier medicine dispenser? Kids didn't fall for it. "kick proof socks" hahahahaha! no. I personally hated slings, but wraps are awesome.
I'd be careful with bottles... there's a lot of things out there that have a kagillion pieces and uh, no.
