I just bought this gel pack (I got a 2-pack) that works really well. I bought one 2-3 years ago that we used often until it got a hole somehow and the gel squished out lol. They stay reasonably cold for at least an hour and a half, and they’re moldable due to the gel. I’m actually going to post this as a stand-alone post since I see so many of us use cold packs for relief.
Cold-packs are our go-to for everything in my house lol. Back when my kids were little people thought it was funny because if they mentioned an injury of any kind my kids offered to get them a cold pack!
