I HIGHLY recommend it. I have worn it for more than 12 hours straight on long rides, and it never feels uncomfortable. The spinal armor gives great protection, and the rest of the suit protects shoulders, elbows, etc. well.
I always use it for road use, I think it's for offroad use though. :P
