Unfortunately these are fresh noodles I buy from the market, I don't know how to do them from scratch but you might be able to get them shipped.

Not sure if that helps, noodles are tricky. If you need to do them from scratch I would try looking up some techniques and see if anything looks doable. I think you start with a cylinder shape of dough and then stretch it and fold it on itself until its thin enough, if that makes sense.
