I currently use a Nh l12s in mine and it works great, but I'm using a 3600 which is 65w IIRC. I do think the Nh l12s is able to cool up to 95w (would have to double check)

I did consider and still am considering trying the Gelid Slim Hero cooler out eventually, it's supposedly supposed to cool up to 136w.

Includes amd and intel brackets. Haven't been able to find any reviews unfortunately

If you decided to use an AIO and don't want to use a top hat you could go for a 654lt, I managed to fit one in mine by slightly modding the psu bracket. It was a pain though. If I would have modified the spine I could have got it to fit better.
