It's 117 brand new. Might wanna reduce your price.

Totally get why you'd want to save $60, but a z270 version of your build does exist: https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-GA-Z270N-WIFI-LGA1151-Mini-ITX-Motherboard/dp/B01NBNJI6T

Yes, the K is better: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1832?vs=1826

I'm actually building a 7700 into an H270 build today/tomorrow, but it's all going into a node 202 so I'm a little more space limited.

I had a gigabyte motherboard but had to RMA it and ended up buying a bigger MSI motherboard while waiting for the other to be fixed.

8 weeks later I have the old one back but I was wondering, other than the WiFi/Bluetooth/number of ports, is one significantly better than the other in terms of performance? I'm running a 7700k not currently overclocked but plan on it in the future.
