What you want is this. It's a water pik with a special nasal irrigator tip. You load it with warm water, add a little salt (home made saline), shove the tip in your nose and let it run up your sinus then out the other side. Get's all the dust, dirt, pollen, cat hair, bug poop and loosens up dried, crusty snot. The sheer amount of gunk that will come out will amaze you and you'll be able to breath so much better.

Takes about 2-3 minutes, then you'll spend a minute blowing your nose to get the excess moisture/snot out and then you're good to go. I know some people use neti pots, but they don't work half as good as this setup.
