I really like Guitarist's Guide to Music Reading by Chris Buono. It’s very clear and builds up reading technique step by step.
The William Leavitt reading studies books (there are two volumes btw) mentioned by u/NakedSnack are also very good but their focus is different. The Leavitt books are a structured collection of things to read, but without much explanation, whereas the Chris Buono book is a method for how to read.
