It depends on what you're looking for - I'm not looking for anything to shape my boobs and instead just want some thing to sling them along in without too much bouncing. I usually wear a 32B/30C depending on what I can find (that's not my ABTF size...) and most soft bras do the trick. I have a couple from Base Range that are really wearable. But in general, a bralette just needs to be kind of snug and have a larger surface area than just a tiny triangle. Adjustable straps help if they are thin, and watch for darts that end at the nip.

If you're more into the "normal-bra-normal-boobshape-without-wires" thing, there are plenty of molded-cup bras out on the market, available from mostly the same retailers. These usually have some sort of firm piping that replace the underwire, for example, these CK bras or Wacoal - there are plenty by Victoria's Secret, or whatever other brands are out there. Or if you want something in between, there's the Hanro soft cup bra and other similar ones. A lot of these are cup-sized instead of in S-M-L increments, so that may help if you have a bigger bust/ribcage differential.
