6'2" 230lbs here, this is what I have (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0046TRL0I/ref=oh_details_o09_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), I've had it about 6 months and it's awesome, deefintely extra space for a bigger guy as well.

I know a lot of people will say...it's just a chair, but I actually suffered from quite a bit of back pain as a MS1, just because I wasn't used to sitting at a desk for 5 hours straight.

If you want to spend top dollar, I don't think anything beats a herman aeron. I looked for a really long time for a used one, but a 20 year old chair still fetches $300 on craiglist.

Also, make sure you adjust your chair right. Having a nice chair won't do you any good if it's not adjusted for your body.
