Hi Reddit! So I used to be fat. Like 280 pounds fat. And about a year and a half ago I decided to not be fat. I did a lot of little things that culminated in a sustainable and livable way to lose weight while also finding ways to remain at a healthy weight. Since my experience led me to believe that a lot of the information online is crap, I took pieces of the stuff I liked and stitched it together into a book called:
"I Was Fat and You Can Too!"
It is available on Amazon for the price of $4.99, which is of course just under what you'd spend on average at Taco Bell. So, by buying it instead you save like 800-1,000 calories as my eBook is 100% calorie-free!
Seriously though, it's an attempt at a humorous narrative about my experiences with losing weight and some of the obstacles and tricks I encountered along the way. I feel it's a very honest and open look at how life can be difficult to manage and how that affects our personal health...if we let it. I hope it empowers you to take charge of your decision making and find your definition of healthy! Thanks!
