I'm pretty sure the i3 8100 will come with a boxed cooler, so you probably don't need to add a separate one, but you might not be able to get it in that particular case. Also, that case seems really expensive even considering it includes the power supply. I'd consider this small Antec case:

I have used this case before and I recall it was able to fit the boxed CPU cooler for Intel chips, though this was several generations back (Ivy Bridge I think). This case also has a half-height PCIe slot, so if you wanted, it might be able to fit a small NIC for extra ports. The only issue I had with this case is that sometimes the case fan's power cable wasn't long enough to reach an appropriate port on the motherboard. You might want to grab a PWM extension cable just in case.
