These are pricey: http://www.amazon.com/Je-Joue-Progressive-Pelvic-Weights/dp/B007V211NU but they're my fav-or-ite because they're seamless, the silicone has no drag, the connector between the weights is hearty as is the cord, the small is small-ish and the large is big BUT that's the one I learned to squeeze on to have a solo orgasm, and they're super easy to clean.
This Lelo one is nice as well. That's the smallest - they have a 38 and 48 one too.
They have little stainless steel balls you can shove up there but I wouldn't recommend them until you can push them out as well.
