Been using this for a few months. Its only 18W I/O, but its got built-in cables, LCD power display and its pocket friendly. Its almost the exact same size as my phone in all dimensions.
Um, there's nothing that says an integrated cable can't work with USB PD (on a charger or battery bank)... There's various car chargers in the market with built in cables that do USB PD to pretty high wattages.
If a given battery doesn't use PD over it's integrated cable that's just a limitation of the particular battery itself. I've even seen a bunch of no name ones that don't even do 5V/3A over USB-C (which should be the bare minimum) yet still have an integrated USB-C cable for 5V/2.4A or whatever, which is kinda silly. Case in point, the one you linked which maxes out at 5V/2A over it's cables...
Thanks for linking it anyway, tho it's pretty chunky compared to some of the others already mentioned... Same brand seems to have released one just last month that's closer to what I was looking for, but they didn't bother with PD at all on that one even on the ports, bleh.
