Get this one! I got this for my girlfriend last month for her birthday and we are loving it so far. You get the upgraded compressor and some extra paint to start off with. The smart jet compressor is a lot better with auto shut off, valve air release, and moisture trap. The moisture trap a lot can be extra 20-30 dollars so it's well forth the extra 50 bucks or so. Also, it's prime so shipping is free if you have it.

edit: Your brother will love it. The pressure adjustment and spray from the nozzle is just fantastic. A lot of our prints looks very professionally made and we're total noobs lol.
