Got mine from the clearance rack at Home Depot, Colorado.

First thing I’d suggest is to repot it, since it’s really easy to kill them with overwatering in the moss they’re shipped with. I used a 25% moss / 75% bark mix for mine since it’s pretty dry here, but sounds like you’re in a humid climate, so 100% bark mix would probably work well.

I also use 1/2 cap of fertilizer in a gallon jug when watering, this probably helps her bloom twice a year.

Here’s a recent picture - blooms finished about a month ago, but have two shiny new leaves and a third on the way. Notice the roots growing out the holes in the base, I might have some trouble replacing the bark media in a few years. Perhaps I should have gone for a traditional plastic pot with holes.
