If you like stuff from the 60s, start with JLA: Zatanna's Search trade. It's not an outstanding read, but I liked seeing where she came from to really appreciate her evolition.
As brownpixel said, "Grant Morrison's Seven Soldiers of Victory features her prominently." It is a really terrific read, and probably the point where I started to realize how amazing Zatanna is.
Zatanna: Everyday Magic one-shot by Paul Dini is a very enjoyable read, but borders on difficult to find. If you can find it, I highly suggest it.
Zatanna's solo series (16 issues, July 2010-October 2011) was an incredibly fun, enjoyable read. I absolutely loved every single issue, and I had hoped that the series would run for a very, very long time. Thanks to the reboot, that was not the case. But, it is collected entirely in two trades: Vol 01, The Mistress of Magic, which collects issues 01-06, and Vol 02, Shades of the Past, which collects issues 07-16. I highly suggest both of these trades. If you're like me, you'll read them over and over and over.
The Power Girl (2009) series featured Zatanna in two issues (issue 22 and 23). It was a fun appearance of Zatanna. If you can find these two issues for cheap, I suggest getting them (though I loved the entire Power Girl run as well).
