Probably Junghans of some sort.
He's a fan of the marque, and funnily enough quick research brought me right to another thread on this forum where the same (or similar watch) was ID'd.
The Ebel was a test of the waters to see if you liked square watches. Some do, some don't so i figured I'd throw it in. I am glad you liked the Stowa and Raymond Weil and I'll reiterate /u/bobloblawdds' point that the strap is really the insignificant part of the watch, it can be changed for something that suits its style and your tastes better.
Ashford is a good seller. People have gotten both grey market and authorized goods from them so it is a little of a gamble. The only way to be sure to get a factory warranty is to buy from an online retailer specified on their list or a brick and mortar store.
Quartz shouldn't be a deterrent for a watch, especially the higher tier ones. I understand the connotations with quartz and it is a cheap thing you find in the jewelry section of your local Wal-Mart, but you have to realize these watches are more durable, accurate, and give you more function for less. When you get into the higher echelons of watches the quartz watches offer better time keeping features like thermally compensated tuning forks and the materials they are made of are a lot higher quality. I'm not here to get sway you into getting a quartz watch but they shouldn't be ruled out completely. Example: Frederique Constant Business Timer
As for some other watches you may like to look into similar in style to the Stowa and Raymond Weil:
Hope that helps! :)
