I almost forgot: Kapla Blocks. god, I love these things. I have this set. Wife got them for me for Christmas. They are really fun to play with. They are uniform and cut with a laser so they are all exactly the same size. They are made out of a wood that doesn't warp over time, and they were used to make the world-record free-standing structure at the National Building Museum as well. I have made a tower that was 10 feet high, and the only reason we stopped was because we hit the ceiling. Was just as much fun to knock it down!
