I was thinking cleansing wipes like what some people bring camping if they can't shower, this is one I just quickly pulled up on amazon, but be sure to check ingredients.

I've used baby powder on my feet before (I have some feet sweat issues) and it's been moderately useful at least in slowing down the stinkiness. :)
I think your best bet is a combo of some kind of cleansing wipes, reapplication of deodorant, and a new shirt.
Kennedy Wipes are great. Never a true replacement for a shower but better than nothing.
