I've become a cloth convert over the last couple years. I use the pre-fold style, specifically the LeakMaster Night Weight Birdseye Prefold Diaper (link) . They're around $30 a pop, but I've only needed to buy 5 in the last year and a half or so. (I wash every 4th morning). They're fastened on with a toddler sized Snappi diaper fastener, which is so much easier than using pins.
I also use the No-Wick Ultraflex Polyurathane Pants from Fetware (link).

For disposables when I'm travelling or too tired to put on a cloth, I use Abena M4s or Dry 24/7s.
