I also use the Lena cup & absolutely love it. They come in two different sizes and I have a tilted cervix / uterus that’s really pushed back and it works well for me. You can purchase a starter pack that includes both large and small cups to try out, and just like another commenter mentioned, trimming the tail also helps.
Whenever I’m out and about and need to clean the cup I purchased these wipes which are awesome!
I got the lena cup small an large last may and use which ever is more comfortable during my period. Hope this help.
