I enjoy the life extension liquid melatonin since it is taken under the tongue and absorbed in about 15 min, rather than 30-45 for oral administration. Also, since it's drop by drop you can manipulate the dosage to your liking. 20 drops = 3mg so you can easily do a little division to get whatever dosage you like. Stuff lasts me forever.
