Braggs Amino Acids help a lot with the below mentioned protein profile. I use a little of this in everything, from dressings, to broths, to simmering etc. Its kind of close to soy sauce taste, but a little quirkier. I stay away from Vega proteins, they mix poorly, taste awful and are very expensive. A majority of Pea Proteins are vegan, just be sure to check the ingredients in case they use something in there that is dairy based.
