I presume your Casio has a MIDI port rather than a USB like modern electronic instruments? Your Mac won't come with a MIDI input, so you will need to send it through USB so Ableton can read the messages. You can do that with this http://www.amazon.co.uk/MIDIMAN-MIDISport-2x2-MIDI-adapter/dp/B00006I5HC or this http://www.gear4music.com/Recording-and-Computers/MOTU-Fastlane-USB-MIDI-Interface/2N4 or a few others in the MIDI to USB market. You should then be able to turn on incoming messages in you Live preferences and use your keyboard as a MIDI controller
