Keep in mind the wireless charger is pulling more power than the phones battery is actually receiving, it would be better to measure directly on the phone with something like AcuBattery. But also those USB power meters are pretty darn cool, I just got this one myself, even has an app that connects over Bluetooth to Android or Windows.
There's a chipset and display combo that's sold by multiple vendors. This is one example from Amazon that looks like the one I have (which was probably from somebody else). Works fine. Not calibrated or traceable to national standards labs, of course, but the accuracy seems to be reasonable.
While it's normally plugged right into a USB "A" receptacle, it does have a micro USB on the side so you can power it that way if it's more convenient.
