>Cleo Marcie 28F - possibly too projected. Lace was not filled out so almost deff full on bottom and wires were too wide. Maybe a size smaller could work?

Consider Cleo Lucy too. It is more suitable to a full-on-bottom shape.

Since you have narrow roots, look into Freya plunge-balcony bras too.

>Cleo Lexi - right size. Perfect gore width. Would be my perfect shape and bra for me if the gore was a half inch to an inch higher and the top wasn't so pronounced under shirts.

Look into Panache Porcelain / Porcelain Viva. Very tall t-shirt bra with a shallow cup and a closed rim. On most people the rim cuts in and the top part of the cup stays empty, this is a common flaw of these two bras and not necessarily a sign of "does not fit".

>Panache Andorra 28F - basically fits perfects except my tissue is soft and the bra squishes me in a weird torpedo shape. Almost lumpy like a wave horizontally which worsens when straps are tightened at all. No quad boob. Tiny minuscule gape on the outer top side near where strap connects. Also, wires could be a half an inch to one inch narrower. But wire width could work. I think maybe slightly too deep if apex projection.

Panache Andorra tends to give a rounder shape one cupsize up. But that is not an option here because the wires are already too wide and you get too much projection at the apex. You could try it one cupsize down, maybe with less projection at the apex it works better for you and gives you a less pointy shape.

One more idea that I got by browsing Amazon: Masquerade.

Masquerade is a discontinued sub-brand of Panache, their bras have narrow wires and a medium projection. Sounds more or less what you need IMO.
