i'm sorry to hear about this. as a person who's worked the graveyard shift, and needed to sleep when everyone else is awake, here's some things i've done to get the sleep i've needed.

(for maximum comfort while sleeping, take out the green plastic core part, that part is stiff)

hope these suggestions help... they've helped me quite a bit in noisy situations where i've needed to get my rest.
I've been using these the past few days: Moldex Rockets Reusable UnCorded Earplugs - 2 Pair https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0024X13CK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_m3fiAb3HVD19A
They work really well, but I'm afraid they're going to damage my ears since they get inserted. I've used the silicon ones before, I'll have to buy those again.
gerber EAB ( $9 )
Nitecore TIP ($29)
ROCO minimal wallet ($15)
Chapstick ($2)
Earplugs ($7)
Pen ($40)
This looks over-budget, but I bought most of the above on sale. Great thread, I added a few things to my wishlist, that's why I'm posting, to keep this going!
