I have three things that need a 9 pin USB for power (Bluetooth/wifi card, aio pump, front panel usb). My motherboard has two 9 pin headers.
Should I get something like this or is there a better solution?

Your case fans are connected to your existing USB 2.0 header? You have a really odd setup that all of your fans need to be connected to USB ports. The Wraith Prism should work with your motherboards RGB header, as long as you use your motherboards RGB software to adjust the lighting on the fan.
Edit: I was looking for a USB 3.1 header to USB 2.0 header cable but I found this cable instead, which seems to be exactly what you want.
